For 6 persons:

Sauce::
50 ml cream
200g dark or milk chocolate, chopped into even sized pieces

Ingredients for pancakes:
1 1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 1/3 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp vanila sugar
1/3 of mineral watter

To make the sauce: Place the cream and chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Bring a saucepan of water to boil, then remove the pan from the hear. Stir the bowl over the pan, making sure the base of the bowl does not sit in the water. Stir occasionally till the chocolate has melted and combined with the cream. Keep warm.
To make the pancakes, sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl and stir in the sugar and bicarbonate of soda. Make a well in the centre and gradually add the combined milk, egg and vanilla, mixing till smooth.
Melt some of the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl gently to make a 12 cm pancake. Cook for 1-2 mins, or until bubbles form on the surface and the underside is golden brown. Turn over and cook for 30 secs more, or unti golden. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter to make five more pancakes, adding more butter as needed.
Place a sauce on one half of each pancake and fold the other half over. Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.

My first recipe: it is called TIRAMISU. You must try it. It takes you 30 minutes of your time and everyone are going to love it. The Italians started with this dessert, but mine in better than Italians. I work in a big company, and the population are only females, ages from 20 to 35. and when I started to work there, if was very difficult, I didn’t know people, whell you know how it is, when you start a new job. And I brought a whole plate of this dessert the second day of my work. Everyone loved it, and I became more relaxed and it was easy to establish contacts my co-workers. I’ll mention, that I had to print the recipe 30 times ( for all my co-workers).

Tiramisu ( 16 – 18 pieces)

Time: 30 minutes
Cooling: 2 – 3 hours
Baking tin: 5cm high, and 30 x 20 cm

Ingredients

500g Mascarpone cheese,
4 yolks
4 whites of eggs – snow
100g sugar,
3 dcl of chocolate milk
500g ladyfingers – baby cookies
0,5 dcl of RUM
5 dcl whipped cream

Take ½ of the lady fingers. Lightly soak the ladyfingers in the chocolate milk, one at a time. Place them in one layer in a container of about 30 x 20 cm, approximately 5 cm deep.
When you’re done, check if every ladyfinger is dipped enough. That take the electric mixer. Take the bowl and put in to the bowl 100g of sugar and 4 yolks only. Mix it at the highest speed for 3-4 minutes. When your done, put in to the bowl 500g of mascarpone and RUM. Mix it at the medium speed for 3 minutes. When you’re done, take a new bowl and mix the 4 whites of eggs a few minutes, that becomes fixed and hard – like a snow. Then you must gently mix the »snow« and the whipped cream with kitchen ladle in the mascarpone cream. Evenly distribute half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Then repeat the step with a second layer of ladyfingers, and top with the rest of the cream. At the end, sprinkle with the cocoa powder and refrigerate for about 2 – 3 hours.
